What we collect

Who processes it for us
We use these service providers (operators under POPIA), bound by contract to protect your information:
- Zoho (Bigin customer records and ZeptoMail email), where your information is stored. Zoho's data centre for our account is in [ADD: e.g. the United States or the European Union].
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website and checks each form submission for bots. It passes your answers on and does not store them.
Because these providers store or process information outside South Africa, this is a cross-border transfer under section 72 of POPIA. We only use providers that offer an adequate level of protection.
